I am not in love with my order, can it be returned?
What if there is an issue?
We will gladly accept eligible returns within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. Please see our full return policy details below:
•If you would like to request on return of your purchase, please email us at email@example.com
•In the event the product you received is not claimed to be authentic. If provide another 3 more authentication certificates from reputable agencies, we will refund you excluding the shipping fees collected. You must ship it back, at your own expense which includes important taxation.
• Item(s) must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date, to qualify for the refund policy.
• Our MOSCHINMN tags must be intact to the product to receive a full refund. This is to ensure that the product is indeed shipped out from Moschinm initially.
• Item(s) must be in the same condition as compared to the point of time shipped out of Moschinm office with no missing accessories that come with the order(including dustbag, box, lock, straps, accessories, etc). Please take care of the return packaging to ensure adequate protection on the item(s) that you are returning. If the item(s) is not in the same condition as the point of time shipped out of the Moschinm office, the item(s) will not be eligible for a refund.
•MOSCHINM is not responsible for any new damage or wear or tear to the item(s) after purchase.
At MOSCHINM, we want to be upfront in providing the information on the current condition of the item(s) at the point of purchase, which has been presented in the product description and photos of the item(s) on the MOSCHINM website. Our team is thoroughly trained to look for any signs of wear or damage, but unable to foresee how future use will impact the item(s).
Once we have received the product we will refund the amount of your original purchase excluding shipping costs and import taxation.
•Please include your full name as per order and order number on the returned parcels.
•Once the item has been returned to us and we confirm it is in the same condition as it was shipped to you, we will make the refund to you.
Please note: If you your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.
• MOSCHINM generally process refunds within 7-14 business day of receipt.
• If you change Banks/Credit Card info after the purchase and return, it is your responsibility to contact your previous institution for advise on refund.
